Tall Hat is knit in 2 pieces-easy color change in Stockinette Stitch.
Great design for the Beginner knitting board knitter that wants to work with some fun colors. Hat size fits most with extra room in top of hat. Large pompom adorns the top of hat and large brim is tacked to hat. This pattern can be knit on any size knitting board with 22+ needles (mini, 18" or 28") using Knitting Board yarn in wool/alpaca or any DK or worsted weight blend.
Needed:
- 10", 18", and 28" kniting board (knitting board with 22+ needles)
- Knit hook for hooking the loops
- Crochet hook for finishing the edges
- Large sewing needle for sewing the seams
