It's a Favorite Design....Fleur de Lis on Front and Back.
Stockinette Stitch in (7) pieces-the seams give it a durable shaping. Center front and back panels have Fleur-de-Lis design. Easy to knit-Intermediate in (2) shades of lavender and purple in wool/mohair worsted weight yarn. Requires (34) needles for center panels. Sides, bottom, and handles are separate pieces.
May be lined. Finished size is aprox 11" wide X 9" high X 4" deep
Needed:
- Knitting board with 34+ double needles (18" or 28" Knitting Board)
- Knit hook for hooking the loops
- Crochet hook for finishing the edges
- Large sewing needle for sewing the pieces together
Yarn: Our yarn is wool/mohair blend in worsted weight. Any quality wool worsted will do a nice bag.
Lavender yarn=(2) skeins (230 yds total), Accent Purple for fleur-de-Lis=(1) skein (100 yds)
