Why Use a Knitting Board?
- It’s easy to learn for a beginner.
- There is less stress on the knitters’ hands and wrists.
- Knitter is less likely to drop a stitch; the knitting stays on the knitting board.
- It’s easy for the knitter to keep track of where they stopped when laying the knitting aside. It will not fall off the board.
-
The knitting board creates a double sided fabric, so there’s no back side. This is especially important when creating items where both sides show and the knitter wants to add some color designs. No strings or knots to show-it’s all inside.
-
The knitting lays flat and does not curl on the edges, so it’s easier to sew pieces together when knitting sweaters.
-
Knitting on a knitting board is very relaxing and fun.
